Artist statement: With many passions and interests (my family, nature, health & wellness, creativity, and human consciousness - just to name a few), I'm a true "full spectrum woman." As such, many of my works feature vibrant colors, sacred geometry, symbols & codes as well; whatever my Muse calls for. Each creation is a unique journey of its own; a beautiful divine dance which unfolds layer by layer, with each stroke of the paintbrush. Thank you for being a witness and a part of my unfolding story through art.

Au revoir NOLA
Au revoir NOLA
Cherie Davis

Artist statement: The last night of a Las Vegas style trip to New Orleans was a rainy one. In the damp darkness, she darted vampires with spikes for teeth as they danced all night long. In the candle-lit corner, they were making more spiky teeth for the blood thirsty "sourdre de sangs." She watched them chisel and chunk out new teeth as she pondered the sharpness of her own. As the clock counted down, reality whispered in her mind - tomorrow I retun to the light. Goodbye New Orleans and best to the night.
Foggy Morning Fishing
Foggy Morning Fishing

$65.00

Artist statement: Despite the early morning fog, Mr. & Mrs. Bald Eagle had already beat me to the best fishing grounds in Hiawatha Heights. Their vantage point from the eagles nest high in the trees, slightly surpassed mine in the log-rotting fishing cabin. Before I even had my jig on the line, the eagles swooped and splashed into the lake, plucking their breakfast from the waters eating it on the fly. In the greatness of these symbolic birds, watching my red and white bobber seemed a distant distraction.

Artist statement: I took a wrong turn down a dead-end road. It ended where "No Trespassing" sign hung. Scoping a place to turn around, the glowing autumn leaves within the morning fog with the sun trying its might to burn through, caught my attention.
Wicked Wheat
Wicked Wheat
Cherie Davis
$85.00

Artist statement: The local pick-up soccer game was long and our hometeam was losing...by a lot. There was one cloud above us and rain was coming. My shots of the children trying to score in the overcast game, quickly seemed all alike. Then a sudden burst of sun, sparkled on the leftover wheat field that bordered the pitch. I climbed onto a picnic table, leaned over the fence and zoomed in, waiting for the slight breeze to dwindle. I held my breath to sturdy the lens, there I found my wicked wheat.
